Nurture is an assemblage or blend of aromatic white wines. Our winemaker sets out to make a wine where each of the varietals plays a role and the finished product is greater than its parts. There is no specific recipe to follow - each vintage may vary as we blend the various components and then refine as necessary to ensure maximum flavour and enjoyment. Nurture is smooth and refreshing with just enough residual sugar to balance the refreshing acidity on the finish.

Tasting Notes
The grape varieties come together showing aromas of tropical fruit with notes of floral and honey. Lemon and grapefruit merge with a touch of sweetness on a smooth palate before yielding to a fresh, lingering finish.
Winemaker Notes
The five varieties were grown in many vineyard blocks, primarily in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Each was harvested at optimal ripeness and flavour. . The varieties were separately crushed, pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, and blended shortly before bottling.
